Armed Forces Entertainment is the Department of Defense agency responsible
for providing a touch of home to troops serving outside the continental United States.
In order to better fulfill their mission of recruiting volunteer performers and attracting
larger military audiences, RCCO created a multi-media image building campaign.
From strategic media placement, venue branding, web and guerilla marketing tactics,
public relations and media relationship building, Armed Forces Entertainment
and its
bowing icon received extensive visibility. Artists applications tripled, developing
a grander talent pool, and monthly website traffic increased from 5,000 visits per
month to more than 20,000 per month.
